Harvesting, Cooking and Eating!

We have had great fun this week in the sunshine, harvesting our crops. We managed to successfully grow some beautiful potatoes, broad beans, lettuce, onions  and some delicious rhubarb.
After harvesting the only thing left to do was the tasting!
We prepared some lovely summer salad, cooked the new potatoes and an enormous rhubarb crumble. In the afternoon we had a fun filled picnic, joined by Mrs White and Miss Bunn,under the shade of the trees.
What a great topic!
