Oh dear - were things ever so wild in the Cotswolds as when Year 4 hit the ground? We had a great time learning about the animals of Africa. Do you know why giraffes have black tongues? We do! It was a fab day and the weather was great.
We walked through the Madagascar enclosure and had great fun as the lemurs watched us watching them, then we saw those gorgeous meerkats - Mrs. Moore would have loved it. There was so much to see and learn and a good time was had by all.
The adults were a bit quiet on the bus going home though... they just couldn't keep up the pace!!!!!
