The official opening of The Main Place in Coleford took place on Friday 1st July. Year 4 were asked to perform the unofficial anthem of the Forest of Dean~ The Land Between Two Rivers, written by Dick Brice. Mark Harper, the Forest of Dean MP, said that the children were truly amazing and then asked to join them in a repeat performance of the song. Gracie then sang a solo of the National Anthem before being joined by everyone else.

Year 4 sang beautifully (in front of lots of people). Well done Gracie for your solo..you are very brave to sing by yourself. How lovely to be chosen to represent the school at the official opening of The Main Place
I Going down to Coleford was fun! I enjoyed singing. Gracie was really good at the National Anthem.
