Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate and more Chocolate!!!!!!

Crunchie hot chocolate
Poppin' Delight
Yummy ~ Rolapple (Apple wrapped in melted Rolos)
Today, year 6 made their own chocolate product! After weeks of planning they created some very interesting and tasty chocolate products. The children were then able to taste and evaluate these tasty treats! Year 6 will be making their own cookbook to sell at the Christmas Fayre and Productions ~ keep an eye out for it!
Well done to year 6 for being so inventive and for being extremely sensible when making their chocolate product. They were all amazing!!

Children in Need

Spot the spotty children in this spotty children in need talent show!!!!

On Friday afternoon two acts from each class were put forward to show the rest of the school their special talent. We had a huge variety of acts including singing, dancing, cheer leading, joke telling, playing the electric guitar and to finish a super wheelchair wheelie!

Lakers Leaders

Year 5 children were treated to an afternoon of PE run by some of the leaders from Lakers Secondary School. The children were kept entertained with a variety of exercises and team games. All the children had a super time and learnt some new skills.
Thank you to Mr.Tomely for organising this event and to the leaders who sorted out the activities.

Fire safety

On the 4th of November, Firefighter Adrian Davis came to school to speak to us about fire safety. During his visit he set us a challenge to design a fire safety poster and then returned this week to announce the winners. The winning children were then treated to a visit to the fire engine, as well as getting some super firefighter stickers.

A weekend away! PGL

The year 5 children have had a wonderful time at Liddington PGL. Everyone, even the teachers, faced many challenges and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The children were an absolute credit to both the school and their parents~ their behaviour was outstanding and the teamwork was amazing!
